This policy exists alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which always apply.
Below you’ll find a clear outline of when and how our return process works.
Eligibility for Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
We’ll happily review your request for a return, exchange, or refund if:
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and still in its original packaging and condition
- The product received is different from what you ordered
- There’s a major fault, defect, or manufacturing issue
- You ordered clothing or protective gear that doesn’t fit properly
- You are the original purchaser and can provide proof of purchase
- Your return request is made within 30 days of receiving the item
When Returns Cannot Be Accepted
Unfortunately, we cannot process returns, exchanges, or refunds if:
- The item has been used, fitted, or modified in any way
- The product shows signs of wear, damage, or improper use
- The return is made after 30 days from the date of purchase
- The item is missing original packaging, manuals, or components
- The damage occurred during return shipping due to poor packaging
- The issue resulted from installation error, misuse, or alteration
- You’ve simply changed your mind after receiving or using the product
- The problem arises from external factors (fire, water damage, accidents, etc.)
How the Return Process Works
If your return is approved, our team will issue instructions and a return address.
Please note:
- Return freight is at the customer’s expense. Daily Moto does not reimburse or prepay return shipping under any circumstances.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service for items over $100.
- No refunds or replacements will be sent until the returned product has been received and assessed by our team.
Important Return Conditions
- Items damaged during return shipping will not qualify for refund or exchange. They can be sent back to you at your expense.
- Daily Moto is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
- Please include your receipt or order confirmation with your return.
- Make sure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.
- Do not send items directly to the product manufacturer.
We can help arrange courier pickup from your address if needed, but Daily Moto is not liable for any risk, loss, or damage during transit.
